The Church of Saint Anne might not be the height of religious edifices to draw so much tourist attention. However, it is worth visiting. Some even consider the Church of Saint Anne is one of the most beautiful Baroque buildings in Budapest.

The construction works started off in 1740, but they were completed only 21 years later. Given the damages the church suffered in time, the church underwent extensive restoration works during the 20th century. The frescoes designed and created by Pal Molnar C. stand as some of the most prized highlights of the edifice, but the several statues inside the building are also worthy of attention.

The Church of Saint Anne is a venue where plenty of organ concerts are constantly organized.
